SuperMouth ULTIM8 Ortho System, Electric Toothbrush + UV Hub, Sapphire Blue

Product description

Does it work with clear aligners, ceramic braces, or lingual braces?

Yes, and with all of them. Invisalign and other aligners use bonded attachments that create bracket-like geometry, and SuperBristles Ortho are built to clean around them. Also works with metal, ceramic, and lingual braces, expanders, and retainers.

What makes this different from a regular sonic toothbrush?

A dedicated Ortho mode, co-engineered with SuperBristles Ortho. The sonic frequency drives the patented bristle architecture into spaces around brackets, wires, and attachments for ISO-verified cleaning up to 60x better than a manual brush.

Is it still useful after my braces come off?

Yes. The handle, SmartHub, and SmartCase stay the same. Just switch to SuperBristles Pro or Pro-mini heads, which are optimized for teeth without hardware. You buy the system once and keep using it long after treatment ends.

Is this a good electric toothbrush for teens and tweens in braces?

Yes, and they benefit most from it. The pressure sensor gives real-time feedback that helps break overbrushing habits, the SmartTimer keeps time even across all areas, and the SmartHub UV sanitizer handles shared bathrooms. Supervise preteens.

How often do the Ortho brush heads need replacing?

Every 6 weeks. SuperBristles Ortho use PBT, softer and more flexible than the nylon in most soft bristles, so they are gentler on sensitive gums but wear faster. Replacement Ortho, Pro, and Pro-mini heads are sold separately.

The First Electric Toothbrush Built for Braces & Aligners from the ground up: Engineered by orthodontists, the ULTIM8 Ortho Edition features patented SuperBristles Ortho, engineered after scanning thousands of teeth with braces, with three times more bristles than the industry norm. Super-soft PBT bristles wrap around brackets, wires, and attachments, delivering ISO-verified cleaning up to 60 times more effective than a manual brush. Designed for traditional, ceramic, and lingual braces, clear aligners, expanders, and retainers.
Four Sonic Modes with Dedicated Ortho Mode: Choose from four distinct brushing modes: Ortho mode, co-engineered with SuperBristles Ortho for the full 60x cleaning advantage; Super mode for a powerful deep clean; Sensitive mode, ideal for tender days after adjustments; and Smart mode for guided everyday brushing. This versatility allows orthodontic patients to customize every session to their unique needs throughout treatment and into everyday care after treatment with a simple brush head swap.
Smart Protection for Brackets & Enamel: The ULTIM8 Ortho Edition features a built-in pressure sensor that alerts you in real time when too much force is applied, critical for protecting brackets, wires, and enamel from unnecessary wear. A 2-minute SmartTimer with 30-second quadrant reminders ensures every area around your hardware gets equal attention, with auto shut-off after two minutes. For optimal care, replace the brush head every 6 weeks.
Hygienic SmartHub System, Essential for Orthodontic Care: Braces and aligners can trap more food particles and buildup, making toothbrush hygiene even more important. The SmartHub’s UV sanitizing system helps keep your brush head clean between uses, while the built-in dryer ensures bristles stay fresh. Wireless charging, an integrated rinse cup, and a protective cap round out the system. For peak results, clean your SmartHub regularly with the HubMate Microfiber Cleaning Tool (sold separately).
A System That Grows With You: The ULTIM8 Ortho Edition arrives in dedicated packaging with everything you need during treatment and continues to support your routine after treatment ends. After braces come off, simply swap to compatible SuperBristles Pro or Pro-mini brush heads, same handle, same SmartHub, same SmartCase. Available in Sapphire Blue, Pearly White, and Rose Gold with fully waterproof IPX7 construction and wireless SmartMag charging.
